Get Stronger by Being Active

Why be active? It helps you lose weight, have more energy, and get stronger. Strength is empowering. If you haven’t been active for awhile, find something fun to do. As a kid, I could never hula hoop. The hula hoops for adults are weighted and so easy. The first time I tried to hula hoop, I did it. Now, I can’t stop. Try it. You’ll like it.
