An Easy Way to Improve Posture

I would like to share an easy tip with you for improving posture that I learned. Place your first two fingers up to your lips. Then see if you can gently push your head back a little. If you sit a a computer a lot, your head may start to protrude, leading to pain and poor posture. This quick reminder is a great way to keep your head aligned.
