Losing Weight Is Easy
Losing weight is easy. All you have to do is either eat less, exercise more, or both. Why is it so hard?
Your body seems to like things the way they are. If you have a hard time losing weight, take it one step at a time.
Focus on one goal. I will walk 1 mile every day. BTW: There are seven days in a week. Not five. After you have established your new habit, pick another goal. I will only have 100 calories of sweets a day.
Before you know it, you will start losing weight. Maybe this won’t be so hard. Let’s do it together.
