I Can’t Lose Weight
- WATCH YOUR PORTION SIZES. Portion sizes are outrageous these days. Go back to the 50s. Obesity rates were much smaller, and the portions were reasonable.
- Eat on a salad plate. If you have extra weight, you may not be eating much, but it is more than you need.
- Only eat if you are hungry. Don’t eat because someone from work brought in pastries. Don’t eat just because you walk by a co-workers desk, and they have a candy dish.
