Great article!! I was wondering what is the best way to quickly lose inner thigh fat? I will appreciate any suggestions.
The best way?? Firm it up with exercise. Adduction exercises firm up the inner thigh. Abduction exercises firm up the outer thigh. Do both types of exercise so the thigh muscles are balanced. It doesn't take that much effort to get results. Using exercise balls, resistence bands, or ankle weights a couple times a week are fun and easy ways to build muscle.
